We offer free shipping on all Singapore orders!
Please allow between 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive. For urgent deliveries, drop us an email at khakishades@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final upon placing an order; we are unable to accept any refunds.
We accept exchanges for the following reasons
- Incorrect item received
- Defective item received
Please do not hesitate to contact us at khakishades@gmail.com with detailed photos of defect(s) within 5 days from receiving the parcel. Upon review, we may offer an immediate exchange after receiving the returned item.
Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something. We will assess any defects on a case by case basis. If the items show sign of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange. If an exchange is granted, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We only ask that the item(s) you return are in original condition.
